Multi-level Classification2
When a single classification is not enough.
With Multi-level classification, Grayteq 26 allows you to apply up to four different classifications on a single document, for any classification aspects you please. Protection-by-classification applies the security policies of all applied classifications on this document while the non-visual (tags) and visual classification elements (header, footer and watermark) are going to be embedded in the document as well.

Protection-by-Classification feature enables classification-related protection over the classified document. Apply classifications on a document and your data security issues and concern are past. Protection-by-Classification enforces all protections defined in any of the used classification levels on the document and accordingly, a combined protection safeguards your document from being accessed by the unauthorized, leaked, lost or stolen.

Apply automatic classifications over the documents of any protected folder by simply selecting a classification level and link it to the folder! Grayteq 26 will auto-classify all supported-type documents in that folder to the desired level, maintain their classification and auto-classify all incoming files effortlessly.

In Grayteq Security Orchestrator 26 Security Admins can duplicate any existing classification6 even to the same level or into any sublevel to use it as a template for a new classification. No unlimited Admin login attempts anymore.
For the case a Grayteq Admin fails to provide proper credentials to the Grayteq Security Orchestrator 26 three-times in the same login session, an automatic lockout is applied for the minimum of 2 minutes for this Admin. All failed login attempts are logged in Administrative logs.
Email Shadow Copy2
When the Oversight Admin must know what was written in that email.
With Email Shadow Copy feature, Grayteq Admins can define which outgoing emails' full content - including the body as well - should be shadow-copied and stored in a highly encrypted safebox, wherefrom Oversight Admin can review the actual email during an investigation of an incident. To protect the users' privacy, no other Grayteq Admins can access the shadow copy database.

Emergency Lockdown2
When immediate counter-measure is a must.
With Emergency Lockdown feature, you have the option of automatically activate complete - network-level - lockdown on any user, who breaches the Emergency Lockdown enabled security policy.
The user attempting to breach any Emergency Lockdown-enabled policy gets notified twice that their action will initiate lockdown and Emergency Lockdown occurs upon their third attempt only. These notifications make sure, that the actions were not committed by accident, but as deliberate attempts.

With Grayteq Admin Lockout feature, the Grayteq Admin with high security clearance can apply an immediate lockout on any Grayteq Admin from the Grayteq Security Orchestrator and the whole data security management system.

Setup an auto-lock timeframe for your single console security management center, Grayteq Security Orchestrator (SO). When this time elapses with no admin interaction, SO automatically locks itself. Auto-lock can be disengaged by the last Grayteq Admin, who used it before auto-lock engaged.

In Grayteq 26, our proprietary visual covering technology, Screen-On-Layer automatically applies a covering-layer over every protected content when any screenshot, screen-record or any visual reproduction of the protected document made in order to protect private or corporate proprietary data against being leaked or stoled on any of such ways. Screen-on-Layer allows you a freely and fully customizable cover image that gets applied on such content.
Classification Guides
Let the Users and Admins have clearer picture.
Grayteq Admins can create descriptions for every classification levels that will by displayed for the users as guidelines. These guides provide them deeper understanding about the application parameters and cases of every classification, help them to decide which classifications should be considered and applied over the specific document, educate about the currently available classifications and make the user-made manual classifications more precise, targeted and fit to the content of the document in question.

Current and active classification levels are diplayed on the ribbon-bar of Classifier for Office as well as in the right-click menu of a classified document, while every classification and re-classification events get logged as well. This improvement makes the identification of a classified document easier for the users in a blink of an eye.

Classification status of every Grayteq-classified document is displayed in the automatically turned-on 'Status" column in Explorer. This column contains the classification level name and its colorized logo for making the first-glance recognition of the classification level available for the users. It gives 'reason to contemplate' for the users, when clearly indicated that the document they're about access is classified.

New Built-in Admin
Oversight Admin: The All-Seeing Pair of Eyes.
Grayteq 26 is capable of logging all copied content and attach them to the corresponding logs, so we established the platform of managing sensitive content with privacy. Introducing Oversight Admin, a new built-in Grayteq Admin with unrestricted rights to review, search and analyze all copied content in logs. For data security and privacy reasons, Grayteq 26 only shows the fact that there is content embedded in the log for other Admins and only Oversight Admin can see the content itself.
This is to ensure, that even Grayteq Admins cannot have access to a protected content through the logs, what they couldn't access directly in the document and that all content-involved security investigations can and must be done only on the proper way, by applying the 4-eyes access principle.

Personal Alert enables real-time alert notifications to be sent directly to a user, when the user private data storage, folder or file is accessed or attempted to be accessed by any other user than the owner.
Personal Alert is available for storages, folders and documents protected by Grayteq Private Data Protector only.
Private Data Protection
Make users' private documents private! For real.
User private documents can be made fully protected against any unauthorized access, modification, delete, send or any other interactions by anybody else, but the data owner. Users can mark their private document with Grayteq 26's Private Data Protector5 and they are safeguarded from everybody else immediately. From this moment, not a soul can access this document and Grayteq Private Data Protector can only be removed by the owner only.

With Private Encryption, Grayteq Admins can define strong, industry standard, fully customizable, private encryption key and assign it to a specific user. This will allow the management, the high ranking officials and privileged users to protect their personal-, and sensitive corporate data against any intervention.
By defining multiple users for the same Private Encryption key, any group can access the documents protected with the same encryption. This option enables to create common, user-transparent encryption for the management, for high-ranking officers or even for participants of a project. The limits disappear for good.

By advancing Private Encryption to another level, Grayteq Admins can define strong, industry-standard encryptions over file shares that can be combined with Private Encryption making sure, that only the authorized users can access and decrypt the content of a file share. Share Encryption protects all enclosed documents - irrespectively to their file-types and sharing method - against unauthorized access and decryption.
Advanced Privacy Act Compliance
Protect user personal data on a higher level.
User personally identifiable data (PID) are more guarded from now on! Even from the Grayteq Admins. Grayteq logs contain such data from the earliest times, but from Grayteq 26 all log elements that contain any PID that meets the criterias of an upholding Privacy Act4 are fully protected against any unauthorized review or handle by getting masked from the eyes of most of the Grayteq 26 Admins. Admins with the highest privacy compliance can review, analyze or manage PID.

A preview also can be a privacy breach.
The preview pane is a handy, built-in feature of Windows Explorer from the early ages. But, it also poses privacy and data breach risk by displaying the content of the protected documents to anyone with browsing access to the document containing folder, even for those with no opening rights to the document itself. We end this right now. Grayteq 26 enhanced your data privacy further by automatically applying a privacy cover over the protected document's preview in Windows Explorer to ensure that your data remain hidden from unauthorized eyes.

5: Private Data Protector: Private Data Protector enables users to apply protections over their private documents without any interactions with a Grayteq Admin, any knowledge or access rights to the Grayteq Data Security or its management console, Grayteq Security Orchestrator. Users add a preset naming-convention element (an element that features as the activator of the Private Data Protector) to the names of their private documents and Grayteq 26 automatically applies the protections defined in Grayteq Security Orchestrator. Private Data Protector can be freely defined by the Grayteq Security Admins and it cannot be removed from the user's privately protected document by any other user, but the Private Data Protector activating user. For security reasons, Private Data Protector policy can be disengaged for any specific user or for all users by the Grayteq Admin with the highest data privacy compliance rights only.
6: Classification-level duplication limitation: By default, Grayteq Classifier operates with the amount limitation for main classification levels of five (5) main (top-level) classification levels. During Classification duplication, a top-level classification cannot be duplicated to the same level.
7. Grayteq Classifier supported document types: Grayteq Classifier 26 supports the classification of the following document-types: Microsoft Word (.docx) and every XML-based Microsoft Word file-types, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and every XML-based Microsoft Excel file-types, Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) and every XML-based Microsoft PowerPoint file-types and every versions of Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) documents. Development for support of additional Microsoft Office file-types are ongoing. Further notification is coming.
