Managed Computers
Managed Computers display all your hosts with Grayteq DLP installed with active licenses. Apply security rules on managed computers and let DLP do its job. Nothing else needed.
Unmanaged Computers
Unmanaged Computers details you the workstations and servers with no Grayteq DLP installed or their licenses are inactive. Install Grayteq DLP on these computers or just simply activate their already installed licenses and stay protected.
Lost Computers
Lost Computers shows you those of your workstations and servers that don’t communicate with the Grayteq Security Server for a certain period of time. Check these computers to find out their current status and get them back into the Grayteq DLP protected zone. Set Lost Host timeframe in Grayteq DLP.
License Expired Computers
License Expired Computers are those computers that have no valid Grayteq DLP licenses installed or their licenses are expired. Install and activate or renew your licenses to Grayteq DLP and forget about worrying your security.
Version Out-of-date Computers
Version Out-of-Date Computers highlights your hosts that run older, unsupported, or out-of-date Grayteq DLP versions. Upgrade your version out-of-date computers to Grayteq DLP and enjoy the most sophisticated Grayteq protection up to date.
Computers to Reboot
Sometimes you have to restart your workstations and servers that run Windows. Computers to Reboot shows you those PCs and laptops that are in a need of being restarted to take some security rules in effect. Restart these computers and keep you data loss prevention on the highest level.

There are numerous threats out there that may violate your security rules, attempting to make your valuable corporate data leaked. Sometimes, these are inside the walls. Highest Offenders highlight the Top 10 rule violating computers and users that are the greatest threats on your information.

In Alerts and Offenders, you can meet up with the highest users and host that offend your system, while in this section, review what actions threaten your valuable corporate information. Have insight on incidents by their severity, by type, or even by events themselves, check your system’s event threshold overstepping workstations, the most intrusion endangered ones, the highest event rule breaches, the most dangerous storage and removable medias, document quarantine or even application rule breaches.

You know your incidents, but from a bird's eye view only? Are you interested in incident details? There is nothing else to do but click on any part of the pie chart and you immediately can examine all related details that may contain Event, User, Path, Application of even Host level stats about the given incident. Rule Assignments
In high-class IT systems, there can be thousands of security rules created, but sometimes it’s not easy to manage what rules are in use and what are in reserve for later use, or revoked, or under construction. No need for time-consuming investigation to find out about the current status of a rule. Rule Assignments make sure whether the given rule is assigned to a host or user or a group (in use), or non-assigned or in any other ineffective status.

Servers
One hand database management
Various ways of interaction-, and system administrative logs storing are available in Grayteq DLP. You can select from using Grayteq’s built-in, encrypted database for log storing, to using some third-party database handlers, from Microsoft SQL 2008 R2, through Oracle 10G to system managements like SYSLOG. It’s up to you.
Grayteq Server Summary
In this section, you can find all relevant information about the starting date and time, current status, uptime percentage, and availability rate of your Grayteq DLP Security Server. See the green box on the right hand side, lay back and kick off your shoes, because your security server is in good health, while data loss prevention protection over your corporate information is up and running.
Database Summary
No matter what third-party database is in use for gathering and managing Grayteq interaction and administrative logs, Grayteq Dashboard makes you know its current status, enables you to follow uptime and availability percentage, measure efficiency by knowing effective log-gathering time and record start date and time. Supported third-party database engines are Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, Oracle 10G and PostgreSQL.
System Management Summary
Are you using complex system management solutions that cover numerous aspects of your IT infrastructure and you want to integrate your Grayteq DLP system into it? No problem. Just simply setup SYSLOG settings in Grayteq DLP and have your logs transferred. Grayteq Dashboard displays the same information about your SYSLOG system than about any supported databases. Supported system management solutions are HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, Cisco MARS, Novell Nsure Audit.

Reports
At Reports you can find quantified summary of existing Reports in your Grayteq DLP System, while the last running Report is named and make its last running schedule recorded.
Auto Reports and Alerts
Auto Reports and Alerts section shows you a summary about your live Auto Reports and Alerts in your Grayteq DLP System. Auto Report summary contains the number of existing Auto Reports, names the Auto Report which will run next time and it shows its schedule, while Alert subsection shows you the number of Alerts and extracts the name of the most triggered Alert.
